PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
At Di'Aroma, we offer flexible purchase options, including recurring subscriptions and auto-ship deliveries, to help you seamlessly maintain your favorite sensory experiences. By opting into a subscription or recurring purchase option, you agree to the terms, billing cycles, and cancellation procedures outlined below.
1. Subscription Billing & Frequency When you select a purchase option with recurring deliveries, you authorize Di'Aroma to automatically charge your designated payment method at the frequency specified at the time of purchase (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly). Your subscription will remain active and continue to automatically renew until you choose to pause or cancel it.
2. Right to Cancel & Deadlines You have the right to cancel or pause your subscription at any time, completely free of charge.

To avoid being billed for your next scheduled delivery, you must submit your cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to your upcoming renewal or billing date.

Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the next scheduled billing cycle will apply to the subsequent delivery period, and the current order will be processed and shipped as scheduled.
3. How to Cancel or Modify Your Subscription We believe managing your purchase options should be effortless. You can cancel, pause, or modify your recurring delivery preferences through the following methods:

Email Request: Send a direct email to our customer support team at info@thehomeoffragrances.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation" or "Modify Subscription." Please include your full name and subscription order number for faster processing.
4. Fees and Refunds There are no cancellation fees, hidden penalties, or commitments. Canceling a purchase option stops all future recurring charges. Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped prior to the cancellation deadline. Already processed orders fall under our standard Return Policy.
5. Updates to the Policy Di'Aroma reserves the right to modify the terms of our purchase options and subscription services. Any changes to pricing, frequencies, or billing terms will be communicated to you via the email address associated with your account at least 30 days before taking effect.
