Di'Aroma Exchange & Return Policy

  •  (Retail Stores) The following policies only apply to the physical stores located at Dadeland Mall, The Falls Mall and Sawgrass Mills Mall, if your purchase was made through the online store please refer to the Online Sales section.

1.Proof of purchase is required for all the exchanges.  

2. Merchandise may be returned within 7 days for an exchange in the original tender.

(Our policy lasts 7days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.)

3. For safety reasons the diffusers, waterless diffusers, dimers lamp and plug-in lamp cannot contain fragrances in them at the time of exchange.

4. For Safety reasons the fragrances oil, essential oil, luxury premium home scents, scents, air freshener or body mist cannot be exchanged or returned. (No Exemption)

5. The Manager has the right to refuse exchanges of any items, at any time, for any reason regardless of recipe.

6. Some items are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. (diffusers, waterless diffusers, dimers lamp, plug-in lamp). Please see an associate for more details.

7. If the product does not work, it must go for review within 5 to 7 days of the request. This review process is mandatory and non-negotiable. Please note that the review does not guarantee an exchange of the product.

8. The company reserves the right to change any product, the product must be unopened, in like new condition.

 At the time of finalizing the purchase it is understood that the company does not make refunds, only changes fulfilling the requirements listed above.

Caution: Do not Swallow. Avoid Contact with skin and eyes. Do not add water to hot oil. This is not a cosmetic. Avoid contact with polished, painted or synthetic surfaces. Keep out of reach of children. Scented Oil for use in burners electric or tea light heat source.

 

  • (Online Store) Exchange & Return Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Di’Aroma – we are committed to delivering a premium experience. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, with no signs of wear;
Be in their original, sealed packaging;
Be in perfect condition;
Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

Important:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is:

Damaged
Defective
Incorrect

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased on sale or clearance
Gift cards
Opened or used fragrance oils
4. Fragrance Exchanges

We accept exchanges only if:

The product is unopened and fully sealed
The packaging remains intact and in perfect condition

A $9.90 USD fee per item will apply for restocking and processing.

Additionally:

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us.

5. Diffuser Exchanges (Defects Only)

Diffusers are eligible for exchange only in cases of manufacturer defects.

Provide a description + photos/videos

Not covered:

Damage due to misuse
Drops or physical damage
Improper handling

If approved:

A $24.90 USD fee will apply for handling and shipping
The customer may still be responsible for returning the defective unit unless otherwise specified
6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider

Important:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions above
